Why I am Closing My Wells Fargo Bank Account

I hereby close the above listed accounts and sever all my business relationships with Wells Fargo Bank. Based on my recent experience, I also recommend that anyone who banks Wells Fargo Bank close all account immediately, as Wells Fargo can no longer be trusted with our money. Here are four categories of reasons why I am leaving Wells Fargo.

  1. Inferior Equipment: In the past month, I have had four different Wells Fargo cards fail. These failures have included malfunctioning magnetic strips and malfunctioning chips. Each time one of these failure has occurred, I have suffered hardship in that I was unable to complete a transaction and had to go through the trouble of getting replacement cards.
  2. Evidence of Account Hacking not Taken Seriously: Earlier this month, the Card-Free ATM feature of my account was disabled without my permission. As this coincided with one my card malfunctioning, this intrusion into my account rendered me unable to obtain any money from my account, thus rendering my Wells Fargo account useless. When I was called by customer service about this issue, the woman who called was very rude and did not even understand the words I was using to describe the condition with Wells Fargo computer systems.
  3. Fraud: Last year, I spoke to a banker at the Wells Fargo branch in Bee Cave, TX. After I was denied for a very small loan in order to purchase gas to continue working for the weekend, the banker with whom I spoke advised me to commit fraud in order to improve my credit score. That Wells Fargo preferences those who are willing to commit fraud over hard workers is disgusting and illegal. When I complained about this to customer service, I was given a cash payment as hush money about the fraudulent practices promoted by Wells Fargo. I am now blowing the whistle on Wells Fargo’s fraud.
  4. Humans are no Longer in Charge of Wells Fargo: In September, I made a deposit and the Wells Fargo automated system made an error. When I called Wells Fargo customer service, I spoke with a man named Josh, asking him to correct the error. “The system makes the decisions,” he said. “They system is computerized and automated. It’s an algoriþm which pulls in multiple factors. I do not know what goes into it. Human beings have no influence on the algoriþm.” Based on the admission of Wells Fargo, human being are no longer making decisions at Wells Fargo, and rather the bank is controlled by an algoriþm. As Wells Fargo is a powerful financial institution that interfaces directly with the national treasury and the FDIC, the lack of human control is disturbing. And, since the Wells Fargo Algoriþm preferences those who are willing to commit fraud over those who work hard, Wells Fargo has become dangerous to our society. The misbehaving Wells Fargo Algoriþm is committing treason and needs to be stopped. All Wells Fargo employees should leave their jobs now lest they get wrapped up in these crimes.

Henry Wells’s words now ring hollow.

On November 21, 2019, I went to the Wells Fargo bank on 200 Lomas BLVD in Albuquerque New Mexico for the reasons described in the previous post.

While I was working with one of the bankers (whose shoulder is visible to the left), the banker seen smiling in this picture began insulting me when I expressed concerns about the service I have been receiving at Wells Fargo. I asked his name, and he refused to give it to me.

One of the mocked inquiries was about getting a refund for checks I had purchased for the account (making that transaction a few weeks ago with the banker whose ear is depicted here on the left). I tried to stand up for myself and my concerns, and the smiling banker picture make an aggressive grunt (like those made by gang members at adversaries) at me and smiled menacingly.

After I had finished closing my account with the banker in front of me, I was directed to the teller who would give me the balance of my account in cash. The smiling banker yelled “You are out of here” as I walked to the teller then stared at me menacingly from across the room as the teller counted out my cash. I informed the teller that he was making me fearful, but she did not do anything about it.

As I walked out of the building with my money, I told the security guard that I was afraid of the smiling banker. I proceeded to my car, which was parked in the parking lot, and saw the smiling banker come out of the front doors. He began to make threatening gestures toward me.

I am now very worried that this man has access to my social security number, financial history, and address.

But I am even more worried by this further evidence that Wells Fargo is a criminal organization.
